Free NBA Live 16, Live Pro-Am coming soon to PS4

How would you like to try out the new gameplay modes in NBA Live 16 for free? PS4 owners can get a free download of Live Pro-Am starting 15th September. That’s important, because Live Pro-Am offers two new ways to play online. Get the free download on PS4, jump in with your friends, and check out these new game modes.

Rise together in Live Run

The first new gameplay mode is Live Run, a five-on-five online pick-up basketball game. Take your created player and play with up to nine of your friends on real world courts where team chemistry is the key to winning games, leveling up your character and unlocking gear. Games are played to 21 points, featuring fast-paced action that takes you straight to the bragging rights.

Climb the ladder in Summer Circuit

Joining Live Run is the brand-new Summer Circuit, an online co-op mode where you’ll travel across North America to play on real world courts made famous by NBA legends from Toronto’s Hoop Dome to Jordan’s own Terminal 23 in New York City.

Your team of up to four of your friends squares off against CPU-controlled opponents featuring created players and NBA superstars. Every venue has a five-game ladder to climb with unique challenges that award exclusive gear and skill upgrades.

Customise your virtual self

At the heart of Live Pro-Am is you. Use your created player across Live Run, Summer Circuit and the Rising Star career mode. You can explore customisation that will remind you of a role-playing game with amazing tweaks and some really epic beards.

Cash in your Skill Points and Reward Points earned from in-game modes within the Live Spot to unlock attributes and swag up your game. Customise your player from head to toe with the latest kicks and gear from leading apparel brands including Jordan, or get some ink from world-renowned artist Tattoo’s by Randy.

Put yourself in the game

Who needs a custom face when you can use your real-life face? We’re introducing exclusive mobile scanning tech in the NBA Live companion app called GameFaceHD that easily scans your face and uploads it into the game. Get your face in the game with the free NBA Live companion app on mobile devices starting 8th September.
