Студия Saber Interactive сменила издателя и название аркадного симулятора уличного баскетбола NBA Playgrounds 2. Игру издаст 2K Sports, а называться она будет NBA 2K Playgrounds 2.

Теперь стало понятно почему разработчики отменили выход проекта за неделю до релиза. В обращении генерального директора Saber Interactive Мэтта Карча говорится, что никто не может сделать баскетбольные адаптации лучше, чем 2K. И NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 это докажет. 
 
Осенью релиз игры состоится на PC, PS4, Xbox One и Switch.
