Точная дата релиза Ghost of Tsushima остаётся неизвестной. Ранее сообщалось, что самурайский боевик может стать конкурентом Final Fantasy VII Remake, Watch Dogs: Legion, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2, Cyberpunk 2077, Marvel's Avengers, Dying Light 2 и Minecraft: Dungeons. Но Sony продолжает молчать.

Согласно объявлению студии Sucker Punch Productions, разыскивается кандидата на должность старшего аниматора игрового процесса, который «поможет создать множество привлекательных персонажей, с которыми столкнется одинокий самурай в феодальной Японии в Ghost of Tsushima». Специалист будет создавать реалистичные анимации, которые сочетаются с общим тоном конфликта игрового мира.
 
Напомним, что в апреле разработчики искали сценариста диалогов.
