Энтузиаст Vect0R опубликовал интересный ролик, посвящённый первой части Half-Life.
 
 
Vect0R взял ресурсы Half-Life и на их основе сделал модификацию для Quake 2 RTX. По сути, в Half-Life RTX используются те же эффекты трассировки лучей в реальном времени, что в Quake 2 RTX.
 
Увы, Half-Life RTX представляет собой лишь небольшой фанатский проект для демонстрации эффектов. Half-Life RTX недоступен для скачивания всем желающим. Энтузиаст пока не планирует выпускать полноценный мод для Half-Life, который бы позволил пройти игры с эффектами RTX.
