С 23 июня, Stadia значительно увеличивает парк машин, на которых можно активировать игровой сервис Google , благодаря поддержке Chromecast с Google TV.

Фактически, до сих пор для использования Stadia требовался ПК, совместимое мобильное устройство или использование Chromecast Ultra на телевизоре: теперь же возможности расширяются и охватят следующие устройства:

Android Smart TV серии Hisense U7G, U8G, U9G, Nvidia Shield TV, Nvidia Shield TV Pro, Onn FHD Streaming Stick и устройство для потоковой передачи UHD, Philips 8215, 8505, а также Android TV OLED серии 935/805, Xiaomi MIBOX3 и MIBOX4.

Согласно сообщениям Google, другие устройства, не представленные в списке, могут работать в так называемом «экспериментальном режиме». Для этого приложение Stadia необходимо установить из Google Store.

Stadia пока недоступна в России и других странах СНГ.
