Закрите тестування Counter-Strike 2 триває, і датамайнери намагаються знайти якнайбільше подробиць у коді оновленої Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. 

Користувач із ніком Aquarius поділився рядками коду, які вказують на нову систему боротьби з читерами VAC Live. Зважаючи на все, якщо під час матчу буде виявлено нечесного гравця, то гра негайно завершиться, а на екрані з'явиться відповідне повідомлення.

Як вважає автор порталу PC Gamer, такий захід піде на користь гравцям. Більше не потрібно буде страждати 30 хвилин у сутичці проти очевидного читера через штрафи за передчасне покидання матчу. Схожа система вже діє у шутері Valorant . 

Реліз Counter-Strike 2 очікується влітку 2023 року.
