Три дні - стільки знадобилося Dead Island  , щоб розійтися тиражем понад мільйон копій. Також видавництво Deep Silver та студія Dambuster поділилися статистикою зомбі-екшену.

  • Награно 11 млн годин.
  • Гравці померли 28 млн разів — це вдвічі більше населення Лос-Анджелеса, де розгортаються події гри, зазначають розробники.
  • 45 млн зомбі розрізано навпіл.
  • 756 млн. зомбі залишилися без кінцівок.
  • 1,1 млрд. вбитих зомбі.

Dead Island 2 вийшла 21 квітня на ПК (Epic Games Store), PlayStation та Xbox. Критики тепло прийняли гру, але зазначили, що на одкровень чекати не варто.
