Согласно IGN PSP, Blockbuster UK "сообщили", что релиз PlayStation Vita состоится 28 октября. Европейский ли это релиз или же мировой пока не известно, также как неизвестна и подлинность данной информации. Если релиз PlayStation Vita действительно состоится 28 октября, то выпадет он на неделю, во время которой выйдут такие игры, как Rage, Dark Souls, Twisted Metal, Forza Motorsport 4, Batman: Arkham City и Battlefield 3.

Данная дата выглядит странно, так как Sony уже заявили, что релиз PlayStation Vita в Северной Америке и Японии состоится на несколько месяцев раньше, чем в Европе.
