растянется разработка и релиз этого всего наверное года на 3, а по пути что-то да заморозят=)

эти 3 слова - "ГТА в разработке" намекают об очень больших сроках... а учитвая, что она ещё даже не анонсирована, то может понадобиться подождать годик-другой до релиза.
