Также Ubisoft анонсировала специальное издание игры — The Lost Expeditions Edition. Приобрести его можно будет только по предзаказу. Помимо основного контента, в издание будут включены две эксклюзивные миссии («The Forgotten Experiment» and «Ignition in the Deep»), рассчитанные на 40 минут игрового времени, а также сигнальный пистолет Japanese Type 10, доступный при игре в мультиплеер.
