The Jace Hall Show сообщает о кончине именитого дизайнера Пола Стида, работавшего на такими играми, как Wing Commander и Quake. Причины смерти пока неизвестны.

Стид в своё время имел важные роли в Atari и Microsoft. А в последние годы возглавлял техасское подразделение компании Ignition. Перед своей смертью Стид хотел открыть собственную студию под названием Exigent. Но, к сожалению, не успел.

У Пола остались жена и дети. Мы приносим свои искренние соболезнования его родным и друзьям.
