Community Update: Gangnam, Gatherings And Gunplay

Hello all and welcome to my weekly update on what’s new and awesome over on the Official PlayStation Forums!

Now, the community love a good campaign to support and one of our users has come up with an epic one. In short, they are trying to get the song GangNam Style by PSY added to DanceStar Party as DLC and if they are successful, myself and the moderation team have promised to perform it for the community. Honestly, sometimes I just don’t know when to keep my big mouth shut! Anyway, for more information on the campaign, check out the thread here!

As some of you may already know, the EuroGamer Expo kicks off this Thursday and I shall be there with some of my team. We are hoping to organise a little community meet up, so if you are attending, come try and find me (I may have a few little gifts for people to give away!). I’ll also be tweeting from the venue so make sure you follow me to keep up to date with what’s going on at the expo.

I’m sure most of you saw the announcement last week about the release of the new PlayStation 3 chassis. Well, moderator ‘Bearskopff’ and I got our hands on the unit this week and we’ve been doing our best to answer the community’s questions here.

As for community events, this week I’m going to highlight one of the most popular! Battlefield 3 Sundays are your opportunity to team up with like-minded fans and challnege anyone who is brave enough to take on our mighty crew! You don’t need any of the DLC to join so sign up and enjoy the action!
