Brand new month! Brand new blog! Brand new Zone!

We here at VidZone Towers have often felt that there is a need for a place that only the very best, the most prolific, the greatest of all time, the top 0.0000000001% of artists to hang out, away from the crowd without the embarrassment of having to see all these “up and coming” artists rise and fall into obscurity.

So, with this in mind, we have created the prestigious VidZone Hall Of Fame, a brand new Zone that is dedicated to those very artists, an exclusive club that although does not look down on any band or artist, will only induct the greats into its fold. Feel free to explore and comment on who you think is missing!

ALSO! If you missed it in last week’s blog, be sure to enter our Fatboy Slim Beach Bootique 5 Competition on Facebook! Just head to our page and click on the Competitions tab now!

Other than that, we haven’t got all that much more for you. Jokes! We have so much stuff you have may have to call a doctor! Over to Candice for the details!

“This girl is on fire!” And she just so happens to be this week’s Artist Spotlight. That’s right Alicia Keys made her long-awaited return to the music world recently with the new single, ‘Girl On Fire’. Her new album of the same name is being released in a couple of weeks, but in the mean time you can satisfy your ‘Keys’ itch by watching the beautiful new video as well as previous hits ‘Doesn’t Mean Anything’, ‘No One’ and her debut smash ‘Fallin’.

Hall Of Fame Zone

Eminem – Hall Of Fame

This week’s newest addition to the VidZone Hall Of Fame is none other than Detroit born and raised hip-hop star, Eminem. Marshall Mathers III has been on our air-waves since the late 90′s and has tallied up a staggering 13 Grammy Awards as well as being one of the most influential rappers of the last decade. We’re paying tribute to the man also known as Slim Shady by letting you watch all of his biggest videos in one place. With an equal number of comical, grim and powerful singles, the rapper has a whole heap of classics to relish. Reminisce with the likes of ‘We Made You’, ‘Space Bound’, ‘Love The Way You Lie’ and more.

You’ll also be able to check out all of our previous inductees’ video playlists, which include the following global-smashing artists:

  • David Guetta
  • Nicki Minaj
  • Usher
  • Katy Perry

Artist Of The Week – Enrique Iglesias

Latino pop sensation Enrique Iglesias has teamed up with American rapper Sammy Adams on his new single ‘Finally Found You’. The Spanish singer/model is our Artist Of The Week so you can now check out the new video in his featured playlist along with ‘Dirty Dancer’, ‘Heartbeat’, ‘I Like It’ and many more.
