Выход Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs должен был состояться на прошлый Хэллоуин, релиз перенесли на январь, затем, в феврале, разработчики пообещали выпустить ее во втором квартале 2013.
Но игра не выйдет до конца июня, о чем сообщили представители Frictional Games, релиз также не состоится до конца лета, по той лишь банальной причине, что Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs еще не готова. Разработчики занимаются оптимизацией, полировкой, также дополнительное время уходит на локализацию (с момента релиза игра будет доступна на 10 языках).
