Компания Kalypso официально сообщила о том, что в разработке находится продолжение популярной стратегической серии Tropico. Как сообщает Eurogamer, Tropico 5 создается для РС, Mac и Xbox 360.

Самым большим нововведением Tropico 5 станет добавление соревновательного мультиплеера - в этом режиме трое игроков смогут строить свои города на одном острове. Они смогут помогать друг другу или досаждать другим игрокам. Также разработчики усовершенствовали торговлю, исследования и прочие механики игрового процесса.

Выход Tropico 5 ожидается в следующем году.
