На прошлой неделе Microsoft официально сообщила о том, что онлайновый магазин Games for Windows Live Marketplace будет закрыт 22 августа 2013, пообещав, что сервис Games for Windows Live продолжит свою работу и что это никак не отразится на купленных играх.

Вчера же стало известно, что Games for Windows Live будет работать только до 1 июля следующего года, после чего серверы будут отключены и поддержка сервиса полностью прекратится.

В пресс-релизе упоминается только одна игра, Age of Empires Online, которую можно будет купить лишь до 22 августа и поиграть в нее до конца июня следующего года. Edited by Father (see edit history)
