Глава Microsoft Studios Фил Спенсер (Phil Spencer) ответил в твиттере на следующий вопрос о том, станет ли Xbox One последним представителем консолей, к которым мы все привыкли.

 

«Не думаю, - заявил Спенсер. - Уверен, что вычисления на локальных устройствах будут играть важную роль еще очень долго».

 

«Можно провести аналогию с мобильными устройствами, которые подключены к быстрым сетям, - добавил он. - Cloud-сервисов становится все больше, однако мощности локальных устройств продолжают увеличиваться».
