Глава Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios Сюхэй Ёсида (Shuhei Yoshida) ответил отрицательно на вопрос пользователя о том, смогут ли владельцы PS4 отключать световую полоску DualShock 4 в играх, где она не используется.

Автор вопроса предпложил, что такая функциональность могла бы быть представлена в одном из грядущих обновлений прошивки для PS4, добавив, что это позволило бы увеличить время работы контроллера.

Однако Ёсида заявил, что такой возможности у пользователей не будет, а также, что LED-подсветка потребляет совсем немного энергии. Edited by Azphantom (see edit history)
