Мартин Кенрайт (Martin Kenwright), который был основателем BigBig Studios и Evolution Studios, сообщил об открытии новой игровой студии Starship Group.

Компанию ему составляют Пол Холливуд (Paul Hollywood), курировавший развитие серии Wipeout, Клеменс Вангерин (Clemens Wangerin), бывший сотрудник Psygnosis и Sony, а также Майк Хамфри (Mike Humphrey) из Sony Liverpool. Коллектив Starship Group в прошлом принимал участие в создании таких игр, как Motorstorm, Project Gotham Racing, Wipeout, Blur и LittleBigPlanet.

Starship Group занимается разработкой мультиплатформенной игры для новых консолей на базе новой интеллектуальной собственности, которая будет анонсирована на Е3 в этом году.
