Как сообщает NeoGaf, ссылаясь на свежий выпуск Famitsu, в разработке находится новая часть серии Sonic the Hedgehog, которая получила название Sonic Runners.

На данный момент известно лишь, что игра создается не сторонней командой, а непосредственно силами Sonic Team, а также то, что в списке заявленных платформ пока что представлены только смартфоны (и, вероятн, планшеты).

Детальный анонс игры должен состояться в январе 2015 года.
