«Ввиду невероятно сложного процесса локализации телевизионных сервисов для различных стран с разными системами лицензирования мы с сожалением приняли решение не запускать сервис Nintendo TVii в европейском регионе», - такое заявление сделала Nintendo.

«Несмотря на возникшие сложности, мы продолжим работу над рядом развлекательных сервисов, которые придутся по душе нашим пользователям. Так Nintendo of Europe запустила новый видеосервис Nintendo Anime Channel для систем Nintendo 3DS, с помощью которого можно смотреть онлайн такие аниме-сериалы, как Pokemon, Kirby и Inazuma Eleven. Новый контент будет добавляться на регулярной основе, а получить доступ к сервису можно, просто загрузив бесплатное приложение в Nintendo eShop».
