Об игре: Zombie Army Trilogy, кроме новой третьей части сюжетной кампании, включает в себя первые две игры – Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army и Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 2. При этом прошлые части значительно улучшены – переработаны эффекты, звуки, анимации, а также добавлена механика расчленения врагов, позволяющая отстреливать монстрам отдельные конечности.

Проходить кампании в Zombie Army Trilogy можно как в однопользовательском, так и кооперативном режимах. Сетевой режим позволяет собрать компанию из четырех человек.
