В этом году эксклюзивно для Wii U в продаже появится гоночная игра в духе Wipeout под названием Fast Racing Neo. Это сиквел Fast Racing League, вышедшей для WiiWare. В Fast Racing Neo игроков ждут футуристические транспортные средства, бешеные скорости и красивые декорации. Занимается игрой студия Shinen, ответвленная за обе части серии и проекты вроде Art of Balance и Nano Assault Neo.
 
Игра будет работать в разрешении 720р при стабильных 60 кадрах в секунду, последний показатель немаловажен для сверхскоростных аркадных гонок. Fast Racing Neo находится в разработке с 2012 года.
