Компания Vivendi сообщила о своем возвращении в индустрию видеоигр, потратив 160 млн евро на приобретение акций французских издательств Ubisoft Entertainment и Gameloft.

Как отмечает источник, 140 млн евро были потрачены на приобретение доли в Ubisoft в размере 6,6%, оставшиеся средства пошли на покупку 6,2% акций мобильного издательства Gameloft.

Напомним, пару лет назад Activision Blizzard выкупила сама себя у Vivendi более, чем за 8 млрд. долларов. На тот момент у Vivendi оставалось всего 12% или 83 млн. акций Activision Blizzard.
