Глава 343 Industries Джош Холмс (Josh Holmes) сообщил о своём решении покинуть компанию, в которой он проработал семь лет. Джош Холмс работал над Halo: Reach, Halo 4 и Halo 5: Guardians. Теперь Холмс намеревается заняться разработкой инди-игр. Холмс не уточнил, собирается ли он основать свою студию или работать в уже существующей независимой компании.

343 Industries возглавит Крис Ли (Chris Lee)  –  продюсер Halo 4 и один из ведущих разработчиков Halo 5: Guardians. Ли уже пообещал рассказать в обозримом будущем подробности об очередном бесплатном обновлении для Halo 5: Guardians и Halo 5: Forge.
