Blizzard удалила из собственного магазина возможность покупки стратегии Warcraft III. Владельцы копии игры могут продолжить играть, а новыми игрокам придётся подождать. Не дадут Reign of Chaos и The Frozen Throne и за предзаказ обновлённой версии Warcraft III: Reforged, информация по данному вопросу не сообщается.
 
Можно вспомнить, что оригинальная Starcraft стала бесплатной после выхода ремастера. Не исключено, что та же судьба ждёт и классическую игру.

Бета-тестирование Warcraft III: Reforged должно начаться весной 2019 года.
